All Expanda-Van-Homes fold down to 2.4 wide when in tow mode and a fixed on road-registerable dual or triple axle steel chassis fitted with electric brakes. Internal fitouts include full size gas stove, kitchen cabinets and sink, full size shower, toilet, vanity cabinet, gas instant hot water system, fly-screens, security slide door, carpets and lino floor coverings, power points / light fittings, front verandah and steps, rear door steps, insulated cladding and one piece insulated aluminum sandwich panel roof.
